This creamy and spiced vegan pumpkin spice milkshake is the perfect fall-flavoured cold drink to enjoy before the weather gets too cold! Make these in less than 10mins and with only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
Vegan vanilla ice cream (can be any non dairy milk based)
Canned pumpkin purée
Maple syrup or golden syrup to sweeten (can omit for a less sweet milkshake)
Pumpkin pie spice (consists of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and allspice)
Non dairy milk (I recommend using something creamy like almond or cashew milk!)
Steps
Combine pumpkin purée, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice to create the pumpkin spice aspect of the milkshake.
Blend all the ingredients together and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
Ingredients
- 2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream, or 4 cups
- 1 ½ cup non dairy milk
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, or 1 tbsp golden syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Toppings
- Coconut whipped cream
- Pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Whisk together the pumpkin purée, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.½ cup pumpkin purée, 2 tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Add the pumpkin purée mix, vegan ice cream and non dairy milk to a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream, 1 ½ cup non dairy milk
