Instructions
Whisk together the pumpkin purée, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
½ cup pumpkin purée,
2 tbsp maple syrup,
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add the pumpkin purée mix, vegan ice cream and non dairy milk to a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream,
1 ½ cup non dairy milk
Pour the milkshake in 2 tall glasses or 3-4 small glasses. Top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice.
