Vegan Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream, or 4 cups
  • 1 ½ cup non dairy milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, or 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Toppings

  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the pumpkin purée, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
    ½ cup pumpkin purée, 2 tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Add the pumpkin purée mix, vegan ice cream and non dairy milk to a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
    2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream, 1 ½ cup non dairy milk
  • Pour the milkshake in 2 tall glasses or 3-4 small glasses. Top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice.
