Vegan Peach Cobbler Milkshake

Peachy and creamy vegan milkshake blended with fresh peaches and graham crackers. Top with coconut whipped cream, sliced peaches and graham cracker pieces.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint vegan vanilla ice cream , about 500g, or 2 cups
  • cup non dairy milk, such as coconut milk
  • 1 ripe peach, peeled and diced
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Coconut whipped cream, optional for topping
  • Sliced peach, optional for topping
  • Graham cracker pieces , optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Add the ice cream, non dairy milk, diced peach, crushed graham crackers and ground cinnamon to a high speed blender.
    1 pint vegan vanilla ice cream, 1¼ cup non dairy milk, 1 ripe peach, peeled and diced, 2 graham crackers, crushed, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Divide the milkshake between two glasses.
  • Garnish the milkshake with coconut whipped cream, sliced peach and graham cracker pieces. Sprinkle on some cinnamon powder for extra flavour.

Notes

  • Optional garnish: dip the rims of the glasses in non dairy milk and coat with graham cracker crumbs.
