Fruits & Nuts Salad with Fresh Mint and Lime Juice

This refreshingly fruity and nutty salad is the perfect treat for the summer! It includes: apple kiwi, blueberries, grapes and your choice of nuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, cut into halves
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 small kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup your choice of nuts (see above for list)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh mint leafs

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the fruis and nuts in a large bowl
  • Squeeze in the lime juice, add the fresh mint and serve cold.

Notes

  • Eat the salad fresh or refrigerate for no more than 24hrs.
