Fruits & Nuts Salad with Fresh Mint and Lime Juice

This refreshingly fruity and nutty salad is the perfect treat for the summer! It includes: apple kiwi, blueberries, grapes and your choice of nuts.

green grapes, cut into halves

kiwis, peeled and diced

your choice of nuts (see above for list)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leafs
Instructions
Combine all the fruis and nuts in a large bowl
Squeeze in the lime juice, add the fresh mint and serve cold.
Notes
Eat the salad fresh or refrigerate for no more than 24hrs.
