Baked Tofu 4 Ways

4 different marinades tossed with crispy baked tofu: Sweet & Sour, Teriyaki Miso, Hot & Nutty and Maple Mustard. Choose ONE of the four marinades per 350g of firm tofu.

Baked tofu (per marinade)
Bake the tofu Preheat the oven to 375ºF and set oven racks to the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the cubed tofu and olive oil together. Add the corn starch and mix until combined. Be sure not to break the tofu pieces.
½ tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp corn starch
Bake the tofu for 7 minutes . Flip the tofu using a spatula and bake for another 7-9mins . Remove from the oven.
Make your choice of marinade Combine all the ingredients for the marinade of your choice. Microwave on high for 15-20s and whisk together the ingredients until smooth.
Toss the prepared sauce and baked tofu in a bowl. Serve as a side dish or in your favourite recipes!
To reiterate, each marinade recipe is for every 350g of tofu.
There is no need to press the tofu before baking.
Store leftover tofu in a covered bowl or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the tofu by microwaving on high for 45-60seconds.
