Ingredients

Make vegan pastry dough from scratch

Combine filling ingredients (raspberries, coconut cream, etc)

Roll out chilled pastry dough

Scoop filling onto centre of rolled out dough.

Fold in the sides to form the crust of the galette

Brush with coconut milk and sprinkle on raw sugar
